What We Offer: • Comprehensive training • Competitive benefits package • RRSP contributions • Career growth and advancement opportunities within our diversified company Watch our 75th anniversary video to see what it's like working for Ledcor and apply today to join the Ledcor Line Paint crews across northwest Alberta today! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GZ3t7Fo0Ul4 Essential Responsibilities: Support the Foreperson in organizing daily work programs and accurately forecasting needs and requirements Monitor work quality to ensure compliance with industry standards Operate equipment on highways and work sites safely and efficiently Lead by example, consistently upholding Ledcor’s core values: safety, quality, integrity, sustainability, and success Mentor and develop team members, fostering a strong and efficient crew Ensure prompt response to health, safety, and environmental concerns Conduct regular equipment inspections and coordinate necessary maintenance with supervisors and equipment managers Perform minor equipment maintenance in-house and escalate larger repair needs as required Qualifications: 2+ years of paint truck operations, loading procedures, and maintenance Valid Class 5, 1 or 3 driver’s license with air endorsement and a clear 3-year driver’s abstract Understanding of provincial and/or municipal highway maintenance specifications Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Previous supervisory experience in a related field Computer skills are an asset Ability to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing Work Conditions: Travel, shift work, on-call availability, and night shifts required during operating months Accommodations/Meal allowance/ LOA provided Spring/Summer Seasonal work : April- October RRSP and benefits package provided Work locations span provincial and municipal highways across Alberta #LI-NC1 #LI-Onsite Additional Information Ledcor builds and maintains infrastructure in various industries including oil and gas, transportation, and mining.
