Reporting to the Director of Care or designate, and working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, the RN will work closely with other front line team members to provide high quality care and services to residents. The RN supports the team it works with in creating a warm, respectful, positive, safe, supportive culture for our residents, their families and other team members. As part of their role, the RN ensures care and services provided to the residents aligns with organizational polices, care standards and regulations.
Responsibilities:

What you will need to succeed
Qualified Registered Nurse (RN)
Minimum of 1 year experience in residential care is considered an asset
An equivalent combination of experience and qualifications acceptable to the facility
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong computer literacy
Conducts oneself in a professional manner
Demonstrates and supports the Vision, Mission, and Values
Energetic, positive, a natural leader who has the personal skills to motivate, encourage and support team members
Possesses the physical capabilities required for this role
