As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at UniUni, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential brand partners to drive new business opportunities. Your primary goal is to generate high-quality leads that contribute to UniUni’s revenue growth by creating valuable sales opportunities.
You will utilize a multi-channel outreach approach, including email, LinkedIn, calls, and industry events, to engage key decision-makers and qualify prospects for the sales team.

Related Work Experience
1-3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation, preferably in logistics, e-commerce, SaaS, or B2B industries.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs (calls, emails, meetings booked, qualified leads).
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales engagement tools.
Formal Education or Equivalent
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
