Job DescriptionMissionJoin our project management team and contribute to our success in developing our expertise. We are looking for a senior project planner to act as a consultant to our multidisciplinary project team and our clients.Main responsibilitiesPrepare master and detailed schedules, including resources, and establish reference planningEvaluate project progress, taking into account its size and complexity, and update detailed and master schedules, integrate changes, analyze impacts and ensure communication with managersDetermine and analyze the critical path and propose solutions to optimize the client’s schedulePrepare earned value analyses and presentations including the status of key indicators (IPD and CPI) and communicate project progress risks and action items to clients and the project team.Participate in the review of contractors’ schedules and validate milestones against contractual requirements and project objectivesActively participate in the risk management strategy associated with the scheduleWork with the project team plan and implement the workQualificationsMember of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ) or the Ordre des architectes du Québec (OAQ) or training in planning, management or financeMinimum fifteen (15) years’ experience in planning major construction projectsExcellent command of planning software (Primavera P6, Microsoft Project)Available to work in client’s project officeFluency in spoken and written French and EnglishFor more information, contact Alina Souralay#LI-Hybrid Additional InformationEthics and integrity are fundamental values at CIMA+.
