Hours: Monday - Friday, 10:30 AM to 7 PM. Position Responsibilities Master all aspects of warehouse operations management through an 18-month rotational program providing on-the-job learning. Gain hands-on warehouse training across inbound, outbound and supporting departments. Uphold exceptional levels of team accuracy, safety and performance. Complete forklift and warehouse equipment certifications. Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Ability to learn quickly in a high-volume warehouse environment. 5+ years of hands-on management experience in 100,000+ square-foot distribution centers, guiding a 20+ employee team.
