Participate in departmental projects by drafting protocols and reports; assists in continuous improvement (CI) initiatives in production by compiling data, interviewing key personnel, observing operations and identifying potential improvements and solutions. What will you do: Maintain and develop Access Databases and Excel Workbooks to consolidate production data including Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Productivity, Right First Time (RFT), CI Metrics, Quality Metrics, Inventory, and Queue Participates in departmental projects and cross-functional project teams. Collection and analysis of department metrics. Develop and maintain production balanced scorecards and analytics reports, hosts and facilitates production metrics review meetings (Daily, Weekly, Monthly) as required SOP review and revision, logbook generation and issuance. Coordinate production CI huddle cadence including Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain (5S), RFT, Just-Do-It (JDI), and safety gemba Support production document review systems to drive RFT metrics through sustaining document RFT review process Prepare documents and materials for informal (e.g. on-the-floor training) and formal training Coordinate required information with external departments as required. May be essential to perform alternating or rotating shift work (as required) How will you get here: Education: High school diploma/General Educational Development (GED) Certificate is required Experience: Minimum 3 years of previous administrative experience in a regulated industry; pharmaceutical manufacturing industry preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles. Physical Requirements: Position requires ordinary ambulatory skills and physical coordination sufficient to move about manufacturing/office locations; ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch periodically for prolonged periods of time; manipulation (lift, carry, move) of light to medium weights of up to 40 pounds; arm, hand and finger dexterity; visual acuity to operate equipment, and read materials for prolonged periods of time; ability to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear for prolonged periods of time.
