Location/Division Specific Information: Burlington, Ontario, Canada / LSG Distribution How Will You Make an Impact: You will be instrumental in delivering a variety of products, from life-saving personal protective equipment to microscopes for high school biology classrooms. Your efforts will directly support scientific advancements that make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. A Day in the Life: As a Material Handler II, you will: Ensure all daily outbound shipments are completed promptly with accurate documentation. Support the processing of outbound shipments to ensure timely deliveries to all destinations. Coordinate material deliveries from outside warehouses. Implement LEAN and 5S initiatives within the distribution environment. Education: High school diploma or equivalent experience required. Experience: Required: 2-3 years in distribution, warehouse, supply chain, or a related field. Preferred: Experience in inventory control and shipping. Experience in cold chain distribution of pharmaceutical products is a plus. Preferred: Licensed to operate powered industrial trucks. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Ability to prioritize daily work activities to meet shipment requirements. Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with vendors, marketing, and customer service. Physical Requirements / Work Environment: Standing for up to 8 hours during a 10-hour shift. Moving boxes up to 30 lbs. - Working in temperatures ranging from ambient to 2-4°C, and as low as -20°C.
