Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Front Loader Operator in Greater Calgary Area. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a loader to load and feed materials as required. Your exceptional equipment operation skills will be crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our gravel processing facilities.
Responsibilities:
Loader Operator Responsibilities:
Operate a loader to load materials onto trucks, stockpiles, or other designated areas as per project requirements.
Safely maneuver the loader, taking into account the surrounding environment, obstacles, and other personnel on the site.
Ensure proper functioning of the loader by conducting routine inspections and promptly reporting any malfunctions or safety concerns.
Monitor and control the flow of materials to prevent overloading or spillage during loading operations.
Follow loading plans and instructions provided by supervisors or project managers.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the loading area, including the proper disposal of debris and waste materials.
Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient workflow and coordinate loading activities with truck drivers and other equipment operators.
Qualifications and qualities:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Proven experience as a Front end Loader operator, preferably in a Gravel crushing, washing plant
Ability to operate a loader and other construction equipment safely and efficiently.
Strong hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness for accurate material loading.
Knowledge of proper equipment maintenance and troubleshooting procedures.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet project deadlines.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities to work effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and other personnel on the job site.
Physical stamina to withstand long hours of operating equipment in varying weather conditions.
High attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Compensation:
Starting Wage $35.82
