The primary purpose of the Integration Platforms Manager is to direct the creation of value through data integration across all internal/external Platforms and Products through quality, performance, and value-driven management and, aligning the Integration Platforms function across the business to promote and facilitate optimization, stability, security, and efficiency in delivering logistics across North America. The Integration Platforms Manager will be responsible for the management of the company's integration technologies and teams, as well as knowledge of external market innovation in the function. As part of this role, the Integration Platforms Manager is accountable for the day-to-day execution of integration services, including development, interface governance, platform support, and work closely with Enterprise Architecture and IT Leadership on strategic direction across the Bison transport landscape. The role will be accountable for the evaluation of business platform integration requirements and monitoring of all integration services required, linking the business benefits created by resilient, responsive, and stable platforms. In addition, the Integrations Platforms Manager will be accountable for collaborating with the wider organization on portfolio demand and delivery performance metrics. You will champion the prioritization of platform capabilities needed for powering these integrations within the broader organization. You will develop and implement repeatable frameworks and standard methodologies to drive outstanding integration execution results and increased business value from our customers. Specific Responsibilities Include: Deliver End-to-End service value in a complex landscape including global and local integration services. Act as principle point of contact for integration service team needs including consulting on standard requests, collecting, and prioritizing new demand. Evolve platform capabilities following best practices needed to accelerate integration efforts. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and build integrations that streamline business processes and improve efficiency. Ensure the integration services team adheres to appropriate IT processes, framework and policies. Support the formulation and implementation of IT Strategy and Enterprise Architecture. Our Ideal Candidate will possess: 5+ years of experience integrating with Cloud/SaaS/on premise applications, APIs, SDK of packaged applications and legacy applications (i.e. Solace, Gravitee, Boomi, Swagger, API, sFTP…). 3+ years of product management experience defining, delivering, and growing highly successful API-enabled products and platforms. Demonstrated experience leading and working in an agile team environment and product software development lifecycle. Extensive experience working with REST-ful and SOAP-based services and design concepts. Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Enterprise architecture and Integration patterns. Excellent communication skills and the ability to take technical concepts and translates them for non-technical users. Demonstrated experience in leading vendors. Degree in information management, computer systems, business engineering or equivalent experience. Excellent IS service management skills and a deep understanding of the overall context of business processes and IS technologies. This job is classified under NOC Code: 20012.
