What it’s like to be a Northbridge Senior Claims Service Representatives, Accident Benefits As a Senior Claims Service Representative, you will be part of a dynamic team that prides itself on having a sharp eye on detail while keeping the customer experience top of mind. Our Claims Service Representatives, Accident Benefits support our Claims Adjusters, including the setup of new claims. They deliver quality and efficient claims support and process all tasks within compliance timelines. They ensure payments are accurate and issued on time, while maintaining all electronic and paper filing to enable claims staff to locate their files quickly. We want your talent! If you are great at: Ability to troubleshot and find the best solutions Meeting times lines and processing large amounts of information Effectively managing a busy day to day schedule Providing a great customer experience And you have: Post-Secondary Education in an Insurance focused program or related program Working towards the CIP designation an asset A minimum of 3 years of experience working in a clinical setting or a front-line customer service position Experience working with and on various systems at any given time Strong technical skills with MS Office Suite We really mean it when we say we put you first.
