The Role
As a Product Designer (UX/UI) at Solink, you’ll bring every tool in your design toolkit to elevate our product. Each day brings something new: you might be conducting user research to understand our customers' needs, sketching concepts to align the team, creating wireframes to map out user flows, building interactive prototypes, or refining high-fidelity mockups.
You will play a key role in maintaining a scalable design system at Solink and contribute to the evolution of our client applications across both web and mobile platforms. Working closely with Product Managers, Customer Success Managers, and our front-end development team, you’ll take projects from concept to completion, directly impacting our customers' experience and the future of the Solink platform.
What You’ll Do
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Product Managers, Customer Success Managers, and Front-End Developers to design and deliver solutions that solve real user problems and align with business goals.
Drive Design System Growth: Play a key role in building and maintaining a scalable, consistent design system that supports both team efficiency and a seamless user experience as the product evolves.
Design & Iterate with Intention: Sketch, prototype, and present multiple design options—articulating UX/UI tradeoffs and iterating based on team and stakeholder feedback.
Deliver End-to-End Design Work: Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for both web and mobile applications, ensuring usability, clarity, and responsiveness across platforms.
Lead Design Reviews: Present your work confidently in team settings, providing rationale for design decisions and sharing insights on how design can drive engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
Standardize for Speed & Consistency: Implement strategies to unify design patterns across the platform—helping to streamline development and create a cohesive, user-centered product experience.
Engage Stakeholders Transparently: Communicate openly and consistently with cross-functional partners, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the design process.
Shape the End-to-End Experience: Lead UX research for new projects and continuous improvement efforts—including user testing, data analysis, field research, and the development of concepts that elevate the product.
What You Bring
Experienced UX/UI Designer: You bring 5+ years of experience designing software products, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment, with a strong portfolio of user-centric work.
Educationally Grounded (or Equivalent): You hold a degree in HCI, Graphic Design, or a related field—or have equivalent professional experience and design maturity.
User Research Fluent: You’re well-versed in qualitative research methods like usability testing, customer interviews, and focus groups, using insights to inform design decisions.
Design System Thinker: You excel in creating concepts, wireframes, and user flows, and have a solid grasp of interaction architecture to translate complex ideas into elegant, effective user experiences.
Strong Communicator: You present ideas clearly, both visually and verbally, and have strong written and presentation skills in English.
Tool Proficient: You’re highly skilled with Figma and other industry-standard tools for UI design, prototyping, and collaboration.
Cross-Functional Collaborator: You thrive in interdisciplinary teams, working closely with Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders to align design with business and user goals.
Responsive Design Advocate: You apply UX best practices across responsive web and mobile platforms, maintaining consistency and usability throughout the experience.
Driven & Proactive: You’re passionate about delivering high-quality work, take initiative, and actively seek ways to improve the product and user experience.
Feedback-Friendly: You welcome input from peers, users, and stakeholders—and know how to translate feedback into actionable improvements.
Detail-Oriented Executor: You consistently deliver thoughtful, polished designs that align with well-defined requirements and broader product strategy.
