Our SSENSE Montreal boutique spans five floors, offering a curated selection of high-end products, combining iconic brands with emerging designers. Join our team of 65 passionate individuals and contribute to delivering an outstanding customer experience. The Associate Personal Stylist is responsible for shaping exceptional walk-in-based shopping experiences for our clientele. These experiences act as the foundation for the Associate Personal Stylist to cultivate meaningful client relationships, granting them the ability to act as a trusted advisor, both in-store and online, to deliver best-in-class customer experiences. Through their willingness and excitement to engage with clients, the Associate Personal Stylist will contribute to the team culture and foster creative exploration of the SSENSE space and product catalogue. What you will do:Create and execute personalized and unique styling experiences through providing exceptional customer visits.Cultivate genuine and loyal client relationships through client database management and engagement before, during and following client visits.Achieve visitor-model sales targets, KPIs and sell through for all in-store activations by ensuring excellent level of customer experience in line with SSENSE Montreal brand strategy.Assist with client issues for resolutions and win-win solutions that enhance customer experiencesEnsure the point of sale experience is accurate and efficient, leveraging SSENSE Systems and technology as necessary.
