Minimum Requirements: Three years of professional experience, where you built skills like: candidate experience management, stakeholder engagement, inclusion, collaboration, data stewardship Strong facilitation skills with the desire and demonstrated ability to facilitate group sessions Strong computer and organizational skills A High School Diploma A valid driver’s licence Responsibilities: Act as a trusted advisor to the business, building compensation recommendations connected to skills and experience Engage candidates throughout offer presentation, pre-employment requirements, and report to work instructions Facilitate full-day training sessions Constantly seek to improve the recruitment process Deliver proactive support to the business through ownership of recruitment programs Location and other Key Details: This role is in Fort McMurray. The role is based out of our StoneyCreek Office, but requires presence at other Fort McMurray locations Hours of work are a regular 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday Why Suncor?
