In this pivotal role, you'll blend analytical expertise with creative thinking to help our clients reimagine their workplaces for tomorrow's challenges. As part of the Workplace Consulting team, you'll analyze workplace data, provide project coordination, and support strategy development to transform how organizations work. The Analyst serves as a critical team member responsible for driving project execution through data analysis, project coordination, and strategic planning. You'll contribute to winning business proposals, conduct in-depth workplace analysis, and help clients navigate workplace transformation through effective change management. This role requires strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for understanding how workplace design influences organizational performance. This position is in office 4 days/week and has flexibility to work remotely one day/week. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: Assist with proposals and content preparation to create winning proposal submissions. Assist in creating project schedules, tracking milestones, and coordinating tasks to ensure efficient project execution. Prepare high-quality project documentation, including proposals, contracts, and meeting minutes. Review project deliverables to ensure they meet client requirements and practice standards. Coordinate client meetings, workshops, and presentations, ensuring seamless information flow between the consulting team and clients. Conduct in-depth data analysis using advanced spreadsheet and database skills. Create comprehensive reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Perform primary and secondary research to support project delivery and decision-making. Prepare project-related documentation, including meeting agendas, and minutes. Assist in generating project status reports, progress updates, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Help identify and assess project risks and issues, escalating them to project managers as necessary. Assist in developing mitigation strategies and facilitating problem-solving efforts to minimize project disruptions and maximize outcomes. Prepare, support and document outcomes of workshops and presentations for Workplace Consulting & Change Management. Support and monitor surveys, analyze subsequent data sets and create survey reports ensuring an in-depth analysis. Collaborate with other members on the team to develop and implement workplace strategies aligned with the organization's overall objectives. Identify and prioritize workplace improvement opportunities and recommend innovative solutions. Support in the creation and execution of change management plans to ensure smooth transitions and effective adoption of new workplace strategies. Create collateral in the efforts to gather client feedback through surveys, focus groups, and interviews. Assist in analyzing employee feedback and contribute to the implementation of initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction within the workplace and to inform workplace strategy, planning, and design decisions. Stay updated on the latest workplace technology trends and tools. Contribute to the organization's knowledge base by documenting lessons learned, best practices, and project case studies. Participate in industry networking events and creating connections for future business development activities WHAT YOU BRING: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture, real estate, interior design, or workplace planning. 2+ years of experience in workplace strategy or workplace design. Strong MS Office skills including Excel and PowerPoint. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with project teams and clients. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality project deliverables. Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic consulting environment. Familiarity with data analytics and functional planning and programming.
