Job DescriptionCurriculum and course development - designs and develops structured learning programs aligned with business, academic, and training goalsDevelops learning objectives, course outlines, lesson plans, and instructional materials for a variety of audiencesResponsible for content creation including interactive e-learning modules, digital learning assets, assessments and multimedia content.Manages and administers Spectrum’s learning management system including user enrollment, tracking and reporting and analyzes learning data and feedback to drive continuous improvementStays up to date with emerging trends in instructional design, learning technologies and adult education.Responsible for Collaborates and engages with key stakeholders including SMEs, trainers,Works with internal and external stakeholders including health care providers, patients and regulatory agencies to promote quality safety and risk management initiatives.Qualifications3+ years’ experience in the field of Learning/Instructional Design (Virtual Education) in the health care sectorPost-secondary degree in Health Care, Business, HR, Education or a related field.Certificate in Instructional/Learning Design Education Program/Course workStrong skills with e-learning authoring software (Articulate 360 Rise and Storyline), creation of SCORM packages and ease with manipulation of Learning Management SystemsStrong understanding of instructional design models, learning theories, and adult learning principlesExcellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills.Experience with gamification, microlearning, mobile learning, or virtual learning technologies is an asset
