The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience in managing Rail, Access & Maintenance within a large transit project.Temporary StationKey Responsibilities: Developing Maintenance Procedures: Develop efficient and safe procedures for all maintenance tasks. Handover Preparation : For each stage of the project, follow the preparation of the documentation required for handover of the temporary station.Budget Management: Track and manage budgets and expenses related to maintenance activities. Inspections: Conduct regular inspections on various facilities to identify potential issues and carry out necessary repairs. Staff Supervision: Train and supervise the maintenance department staff. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with external vendors for the execution of maintenance work. Safety Implementation: Implement and uphold workplace safety policies and standards. Equipment Supervision: Oversee the maintenance of broadcasting equipment such as microphones and cameras. Contract Negotiation with Performers: Handle contract negotiations with performers for live radio station performances. Leadership: Provide leadership, management, technical, and professional direction to an on-site workforce through managers and supervisors responsible for Operations & Maintenance (O&M) functions in areas like airfield operations, base support services, logistics services, safety and quality control, environmental, installation security, water plant, power plant, wastewater treatment operations, medical operations, and fire services. Rail Corridor Access
Key Responsibilities:Safety: Will be responsible for enhancing the safety of everyone who enters the rail corridor. This includes managing proper track protection and requesting a Flagger for subcontractors and our crews working in the rail corridor of MX.Education: Will need to provide accurate and comprehensive education to ensure the safety of third-party contractors.
