You’re an ideal candidate if you have:
7-15 years of applicable consulting experience.
Understanding of applicable Provincial and Federal regulations.
Ability to work in a fast paced, multidisciplinary environment where teamwork and collaboration are paramount.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with an unwavering commitment to quality.
Well-developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
A typical day on the job might look like:
Provide field and technical support to a wide variety of hydrogeology and environmental projects; including the preparation and supervision of field programs, data collection, data analysis, and technical report writing and proposal preparation in collaboration with senior staff.
Design and oversee field investigations such as drilling and core logging, test pitting, soil and bedrock characterization, monitoring well installation, hydraulic response testing, soil, groundwater, sediment and surface water sampling, installation of groundwater instrumentation.
Prepare technical proposals and reports including, hydrogeology characterization assessments, impact assessments, construction dewatering assessments, groundwater supply studies, environmental site assessments, remediation, and groundwater and surface water monitoring reports.
Prepare EASR and PTTW registrations/applications.
Provide mentorship and technical coaching to more junior technical staff.
Developing and maintaining relationships with clients.
Adhering to all company policies.
Other duties as required.

Your background and what you bring:
Completion of a relevant university degree(s) in hydrogeology, engineering, or geology (advanced/graduate level degrees considered an asset).
Groundwater data analysis, and flow and transport modelling experience using industry standard software.
Experience with Water Supply Source Assessments in ON, and the performance of pumping tests.
Experience with construction dewatering assessments.
Experience liaising with clients, stakeholders and agencies, including public consultation and presentations would be an asset.
Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
