Under broad supervision, designs, develops, modifies, debugs and evaluates programs for functional areas, including but not limited to finance, human resources, manufacturing and marketing. Trains users in conversion and implementation of system. May assist project leaders in the development of lower-level Analyst/Programmers. Role typically requires between 3 and 5 years of experience.
