Job Description: Essential Job Functions: Lead GTM (Go To Market) team member allocated to S4 Hana project. Creation of shift plans / shift coverage, alignment out of office plans within the GTM team. Assign GTM tasks to the allocated resources. Supporting GTM with job monitoring in the QA system and the recovery of cycles, as needed. Providing (on-boarding) training to the GTM resources. As GTM Lead needs to have good communication skills. And work closely with various levels of leadership. Be actively involved in all relevant project meetings Working with the team on project defects and solving them (in the area e.g. job set up, functional result) Align GTM tasks with Operation, Product Team and Project Managers. Execution of Downtime plan across the relevant systems. Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experience • Typically, 6+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role year of experience in software engineering Other Qualifications: • Advanced degree in a related field is a plus • Relevant certifications or training a plus DXC is an equal opportunity employer.
