Job Summary Job Description What is the opportunity? We are looking for a strategic and hands-on leader to join our team as the Director of Data Analytics & Machine Learning. In this role, you will spearhead the research, development, and implementation of advanced analytics solutions – integrating machine learning (ML) and Generative AI (GenAI) into daily risk management workflows to drive efficiency, automation and business value. What will you do? Lead Full-Stack AI Solution Development: Oversee and contribute to the end-to-end development of AI-driven solutions, including data ingestion pipelines, scalable backend architectures, and intuitive front-end interfaces for seamless delivery. Apply expertise in machine learning algorithms (e.g., supervised learning such as decision trees, gradient boosting, deep neural networks, unsupervised learning such as clustering, dimensionality reduction), natural language processing (e.g., TF-IDF, transformer models, embedding models), and GenAI (e.g., modular RAG, embedding model fine-tuning) for risk management applications Manage cross-functional project teams, including scoping, planning, stakeholder engagement and execution Collaborate closely with technology teams to ensure timely and scalable delivery of data and AI solutions Partner with business and innovation stakeholders to align technical solutions with strategic objectives and secure buy-in. What do you need to succeed? Proven hands-on experience with modern ML/DL frameworks and tools such as scikit-learn, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers. Experience with GenAI technologies, including foundation LLM, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, LangGraph, and vector databases (e.g., Weaviate, PGVector). Demonstrated ability to build and deliver production grade applications, including Apache Spark, Airflow, and FastAPI. Familiarity with modern MLOps tools and practices, such as Airflow, Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, and CI/CD pipelines. Track record of successfully leading projects from prototype to production Excellent communication skills and ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience working in regulated environment is an asset Nice-to-have Experience with GenAI deployment in Enterprise use cases (e.g., Model Context Protocol (MCP), prompt engineering, vector databases) Knowledge of risk management What’s in it for you?
