About the Role and Team:
We are seeking a Product Data Science and Analytics member to lead our efforts in the Regulatory Product domains. Successful candidates should have a strong background in data science & analytics and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment without being hindered by ambiguity or opposing priorities.
What You Will Accomplish:
Set Analytics strategy, design and handle analytics roadmaps for Regulatory domain.
Define, design and track key metrics to measure product performance and lead product health monitoring.
Design and execute A/B tests, causal inference, predictive analytics to identify and quantify opportunities and drive product strategy and roadmaps.
Develop dashboards and other self-service data visualization tools.
Partner with cross functional teams (Engineering, Product, Business etc.) to identify, prioritize and take on business challenges & develop best in class analytics solutions.
What You Will Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics or other quantitative fields. Master’s degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
5+ years of professional experience in using data to facilitate business decisions.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Consistent track record of using data to drive significant business impact, preferably within a product organization.
Experience in efficient manipulation and analysis of large data sets.
Ability to make decisions, adapt to change and deal with ambiguity.
Advanced understanding of big data technologies and tools (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, SQL, Tableau) and experimentation concepts.
