Your expertise in data storytelling, dashboard development, and automation will support strategic decision-making within the Talent Acquisition (TA) Centre of Excellence (COE) team. This individual will be an integral partner to all TA operations teams, providing the collection, interpretation, and dissemination of TA insights through data analytics (including MoM, QoQ, YoY trends, drivers of trends). Collaborating closely with TA leadership and cross-functional partners, you will drive initiatives that enhance our recruitment strategies across North America. How you’ll succeed Being an Effective Data Storyteller – Present and distill complex insights into executive-ready presentations to help drive forward objectives and strategies. Challenging the Status Quo and Discovering New Approaches/Perspectives – Partner with other TA analytics and COE team members to imagine a world of possibilities on how we can make things better, faster, or more effective to elevate our TA function through automation, business intelligence insights, or strategic initiatives. Being a Collaborative Partner – Partner with various cross-functional teams, such as People Analytics, to design and develop new Tableau & Power BI reports to support our function.
