Work Environment: This position can be located in Calgary AB or Lloydminster SK What you’ll do: Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing technical team across trades and specialties Manage team performance through regular feedback, development, and reviews Align team activities with business objectives by translating strategic direction into clear tasks Execute M&R project plans within budget and financial guidelines Resolve operational challenges by deploying the right people and resources Achieve results through effective use of people, technology, and processes, balancing hands-on work with leadership Who you are: Our ideal candidate will have the following minimum requirements: Legally authorized to work in Canada Post-secondary education in Engineering or Technology Minimum 15 years of Oil & Gas maintenance experience with EAM systems (e.g., Maximo, SAP) Maintenance Management Professional certificate or equivalent an asset Proven management and leadership experience, including team development and mentoring We acknowledge the value of transferrable skills and may consider equivalent combinations of experience and education should you not meet a specific requirement.
