Your work will be focused on one of our priority client segments, which may include students, newcomers, skilled trades, or work on our Group Banking strategy. You will get exposure multiple areas of the bank & work with multiple partners to make our clients ambitions a reality. Own the strategic process from start to finish which includes research to determine best practices & competitive intelligence, working in a cross-functional team to both develop potential solutions and implement them. This role will help broaden your skills and will provide opportunities such as creating executive-level analysis, communication, and frameworks to ensure effective decision making. You will also participate in driving and supporting implementation of opportunities with partners through radically simple solutions.
