Job Overview Due to internal promotion, we are pleased to be recruiting for a Strategic Programme Delivery Lead to join our Water Capital Delivery team! With responsibility for the delivery of our diverse and ever-growing capital programme, the Strategic Programme Delivery Lead will collaborate closely with their team of Senior Managers and external delivery partners to ensure the timely completion of our capital projects whilst achieving company business cost targets, upholding company quality standards and driving excellence in health and safety. This role offers huge scope for innovation and the potential to have a really positive impact on the local environment through your leadership and management of both direct and indirect reports and through the relationships you build within the community. You will ensure that concise plans are in place to efficiently deliver the work, communicating clear financial and schedule forecasting and motivating teams by promoting a culture of accountability, high performance recognition and development & succession planning About You We are keen to hear from applicants with extensive experience leading large-scale, complex capital projects including the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams, manage complex timelines, and deliver projects within scope, time, and budget constraints. Your ability to build rapport and form effective working relationships will be demonstrable through your track record of developing high-performing teams and positive influence over internal stakeholders and supply chain partners. With a passion for Health & Safety performance and astute business acumen you will be able to negotiate solutions and costs in a way that maximises benefit to the organisation. A Degree in a technical discipline would be advantageous, as would experience within the Water industry, but these are not essential and we encourage applications from candidates of all backgrounds who feel their skills and experience would lend itself favourably to this role. Package This role will be full time Monday to Friday with a hybrid approach to working between our office and home. We can be flexible on base location within our region: Hampshire, Sussex and Kent.
