We are a farm to table restaurant looking for an exciting, dynamic and energetic Chef de Partie to join our team. 4 diamond food prepared in a cool and contemporary environment.
$20.00 hourly rate of pay plus cash gratuities of additional $3-$4 per hour

Responsibilities include:
Operates at the highest standard of quality at all times
Dessert and pastry experience
Knowledge of classical French cuisine. Cooking to order all menu items
Demonstrated ability to work all sections in the kitchen including Saucier
Knowledge of vegetable, meat, fish, appetizer, dessert cookery is a must
Ability to work unsupervised and manage your own work day
Closing / opening the kitchen
Bringing a skill set that will make you successful in a fast paced environment
Organizing weddings and functions
Upholding AG standards of professionalism
Working at our farm
Arrives in a clean / sanitary uniform for each shift
Flexible attitude that helps you thrive in a complex kitchen environment
