We’re focused on helping people with diabetes manage their health with life-changing products that provide accurate data to drive better-informed decisions. We’re revolutionizing the way people monitor their glucose levels with our new sensing technology. What You’ll Do Ensure industry best practices Actively promote software quality Continuously improve quality processes and standards Solve organization problems Oversee recruitment and development of staff Required Qualifications College Diploma 3 to 5 Years of Experience Administrative and project management experience. Experience with various financial processes such as PO, material inventory management. Experience working with market access, or marketing team and third-party suppliers. Leadership and accountability. Detail-oriented. Proven organizational, written and oral communication skills, English and French. Ability to work with minimal or no supervision and guidance. Ability to exercise initiative, i.e., think before doing, take on more before being asked, proactively anticipate needs and requirements and act accordingly. Superior time management and priority setting skills. Project and process management skills. Good understanding of financial processes. Capacity to manage tight deadlines. Proven capability to work in a team and to manage multiple deadlines and projects.
