Connaissance des politiques et procédures locales Compétences recherchées Qualifications minimales ? Bilinguisme (anglais et français) ? Diplôme d’études secondaires ou équivalent ? Généralement au moins deux (2) an d’expérience pertinente dans une fonction liée aux RH ? Expérience de travail avec des systèmes d’information des RH et des plateformes de service à la clientèle ? Expérience avérée en matière de respect de la confidentialité des employés ? Grand souci du détail Qualifications souhaitées ? Baccalauréat en ressources humaines, en administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe ? De 3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans le domaine des RH ? Orientation vers le détail ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Job Purpose: The HR Support Specialist acts as the primary contact to provide administrative and operational support for inquiries from team members, candidates, retirees, beneficiaries and/or Human resource representatives; while building knowledge of HR related topics and issues. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to answer questions, provide explanations, resolve issues, direct escalations and respond to inquiries mainly related to HR practices, policies, and procedures. Managing the employee life cycle (onboarding and offboarding administrative duties) Workday data entry, administration & data validation, auditing as needed Tier 1 inquiries Benefits coordination & administration including invoice tracking and management Orientation session for new employees Awareness of local policies and procedures What Are We Looking For in This Role? Minimum Qualifications Bilingual (English and French) High School Diploma or Equivalent Typically Minimum 2 Years Relevant Exp in a human resources role Experience working with HRIS systems and customer service platforms Proven track record of maintaining employee confidentiality Superior attention to detail Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 3-5 years of experience a human resources role General knowledge of benefit programs and basic payroll process Experience with Workday What Are Our Desired Skills and Capabilities?
