Seabird Island is proud to introduce the Income Assistance First Nations Youth Employment Strategy (IAFNYES). This initiative is designed to support on-reserve First Nations youth, aged 19 to 30, who are receiving Income Assistance through Indigenous Services Canada (ISC). Additionally, the program introduces youth to a variety of career options, supports access to services that assist in transitioning to and remaining in the workforce, and aims to reduce long-term dependency on income assistance.
