As a quality assurance analyst you will be responsible for designing and executing testing plans as well as identifying procedures and scenarios to ensure the quality of our web product. Other responsibilities include participating in product reviews, collaborating with the development and product teams and monitoring efforts to resolve product defects.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assessing current products or services and identifying quality issues
Determining performance indicators for a product or service’s quality
Recommending solutions to quality issues
Managing product improvement projects from start to finish
Preparing quality reports for senior management
Attending training sessions to learn the best practices for how to improve the quality of products and services
Follow the policies and procedures
Respect and follow the established security controls
Report any risk, incident or anomalous situation that could affect the security of novisto or customer data
What are we looking for :
Degree in Computer Science or relevant experience
3+ years of experience in Software quality assurance
3+ years experience with web applications and services testing
Extensive experience in quality assurance
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
An analytical mind, great attention to detail
