Your key responsibilities include:Assist walk-in customers with purchases, product inquiries, and recommendationsProcess sales orders, manage inventory, and maintain a clean, well-stocked counter areaDrive sales growth through counter merchandising and product promotionHandle customer returns, warranty claims, and resolve concerns professionallySupport Inside Sales and Outside Sales functions as neededPerform other tasks as requested by the Profit Center ManagerQualificationsQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education an assetMinimum 2 years of customer service or counter sales experienceExcellent customer service, communication, and relationship-building skillsProficiency in order processing software and basic computer applicationsStrong math skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environmentExperience with material handling equipment preferredKnowledge of plumbing and building products a plusAdditional InformationSalary Range - $45,000-$50,000EMCO is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to maintaining a discrimination, harassment, and barrier free workplace where all employees can contribute to their fullest potential.
