What you’ll be doing:
Lead the internet sales strategy, driving customer engagement through online platforms
Manage incoming leads and oversee timely, professional customer follow-ups
Optimize vehicle listings across all digital touchpoints for visibility and accuracy
Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with sales targets and promotions
Train and support sales team members in handling internet inquiries and CRM best practices
Analyze digital traffic, conversion rates, and lead response times to improve processes
Handle customer feedback and manage online reputation across review platforms
A great attitude will get you 90% there, for the rest, we're looking for someone who:
Has a minimum of 2 years experience in Automotive Sales or Internet Sales
Strong understanding of online sales platforms, lead management, and CRM tools
Experience using social media and dealership websites to engage customers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A self-starter who’s organized, detail-oriented, and goal-driven
Knowledge of the automotive or powersports industry is a bonus—but not a dealbreaker
A great attitude and a genuine interest in helping people find what they love
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and ready to make an impact in a close-knit team environment
Must have Driver’s License upon employment.
