Official Internal Job Title: Talent Acquisition Consultant Status: Regular Job Description: En tant que Conseiller en acquisition de talents campus vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l’attraction, l’embauche et l’intégration des talents étudiants, stagiaires et nouveaux diplômés. Vous aurez l’occasion d’être sur le terrain, c’est-à-dire directement sur les campus scolaires, mais également de jouer un rôle tactique et stratégique. Vous vous réaliserez dans les fonctions suivantes : Terrain : Participer activement aux événements de recrutement (foires d’emploi, panels, conférences, etc.) en représentant fièrement l’organisation. Tactique : Assurer le processus complet de dotation : affichage, présélection, entrevues, prises de références, élaboration et présentation des offres. Recommander des profils prometteurs qui répondent aux besoins actuels et futurs de l’organisation. Participer à la conception des outils promotionnels destinés aux étudiants. Participer à des projets liés à la marque employeur, en lien avec l’attraction et la valorisation des talents de la relève. Contribuer à l’amélioration continue du recrutement campus et à l’enrichissement de l’expérience des stagiaires, en les accompagnant dans leur cheminement. Suivre les indicateurs de performance clés et produire des analyses sur l’efficacité des initiatives campus. Stratégique : Déployer la stratégie de recrutement campus pour les postes étudiants, de stages et d’entrée de carrière. Établir des relations de confiance avec les gestionnaires afin de bien cerner leurs besoins en relève et de bien les accompagner dans le processus de recrutement. Développer et entretenir des liens solides avec les établissements d’enseignement, associations étudiantes et autres partenaires. Vos talents et vos qualifications : Baccalauréat en gestion des ressources humaines, administration, relations industrielles ou dans un domaine connexe. De 2 à 5 ans d’expérience en recrutement, idéalement en contexte campus ou auprès de la relève. Grand intérêt pour l’attraction des jeunes talents, le développement de la relève et le milieu étudiant. Excellentes habiletés relationnelles, capacité à créer des liens et aisance à interagir avec des publics variés. Sens de l’organisation, autonomie et capacité à gérer plusieurs mandats simultanément.
