The Opportunity
Inii Healing House (IHH) is a 24-hour post-detox, pre-treatment program under the Akoka’tssini Mental Wellness (AMW) portfolio. IHH houses up to 10 residents at a time. IHH incorporates Blackfoot ways of healing and a holistic approach to recovery. IHH is looking to expand its team by adding two full-time and two part-time Recovery Coaches (RC). The RC will guide and support residents through the daily schedule. They will help residents develop and implement a recovery plan by setting attainable goals and developing strategies to work through everyday challenges concerning their plan/goals. The Recovery Coach will work towards building strong connections and positive relationships with all stakeholders involved, including family, caregivers, program facilitators, and AKHS/AMW colleagues.
