Job Overview:
GrizzlyTrek is currently seeking one Rig Mat Cleaner to join our Valued Clients team at Acheson, Alberta. This is a full-time position, ideally suited to an individual committed to excellence and safety.
Responsibilities:
Perform manual cleaning and preparation of rig mats for reuse.
Operate cleaning equipment and tools as required.
Maintain a safe and organized work area.
Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or incidents immediately.
Qualifications:
Physically capable of handling rigorous manual tasks in outdoor environments.
Able to work 11-hour shifts consistently.
Must supply own PPE: coveralls, steel-toe boots, gloves, and safety glasses.
Strong commitment to reliability and safety standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in mat cleaning, oilfield, or general labor roles.
Familiarity with rig site or construction site safety practices.
Work Environment:
Outdoor worksite with varying weather conditions.
Physically demanding and safety-sensitive setting.
Use of industrial equipment and personal protective gear required.
