Your responsibilities also include responding to account inquiries on a timely basis, identifying and resolving issues/and problems, and providing administrative support for internal advisory channels. Process all Mutual Fund Transactions for individual, accredited and institutional investors Verify that all proper paperwork is received and complete; also ensure that appropriate follow-up takes place for any outstanding issues Ensure that all compliance and procedures are accurate Document and update procedure manuals and workbooks where required Represent the team in various working groups Act a strong resource and support for Staff Members What do you need to succeed? Must Have Post-Secondary Education Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Outlook and Advanced Excel Working knowledge of PowerPoint and the Internet Strong analytical and communication skills Nice to Have Experience processing financial transactions, performing quality assurance checks and being able to interpret complex instructions. Experience processing corporate, institutional and trust accounts, RRSP, RESP, RRIF and TFSA products within a back office environment IFIC or CSC Experience in dealing with external dealers, custodians, fund companies and various government bodies Experience with Unitrax, Fundserv or Dataphile What’s in it for you?
