Salary Range: $66,228.00 - $99,336.00

Your Responsibilities
Lead and execute inventory audits and annual cycle count program to maintain inventory integrity
Identify direct material discrepancies and execute root cause analysis
Coordinate material obsolescence for disposal
Coordinate rework activities
Lead special projects as needed
What Skills You Need
Attention to detail and root cause investigation and resolution savyy, +2 years of experience
Experience in warehouse roles such as shipping, receiving, quality control is relevant, +1 year of experience
Planning and Organization, ability to work without supervision and overseeing others while bringing accountability for action items closure, +2 years of experience
Data control, proficient in SAP WM, 1+ year of experience
Computer skills: proficient in the use of O365 apps
What Makes You Stand Out
Prior experience in a manufacturing environment or related experience considered an asset
Policy and procedures, familiar with Deere SOX inventory audit processes
Knowledge on Transfer Orders and general inventory movements.
Ability to inspire others to maintain proper inventory practices
Proficiency in Excel, functions: vlookups, pivot tables, basic macros
Education
Secondary school diploma in combination with relevant industry and/or inventory management experience
