Official Internal Job Title: Telephone Operator/Receptionist Status: Regular Job Description: En tant que téléphoniste réceptionniste, vous ferez partie d'une équipe qui soutient la Direction adjointe Ventes et fidélisation, en fournissant un service téléphonique impeccable et en accueillant chaleureusement les clients qui se présentent sur place. Vous serez également impliqué(e) dans des tâches administratives variées pour maintenir l'efficacité des opérations de Beneva. Vous vous réaliserez dans les fonctions suivantes : Recevoir et acheminer les appels téléphoniques, prendre en note les messages et les transmet aux personnes concernées Accueillir les clients à la réception, les renseigner et les référer aux services appropriés Recevoir, ouvrir, trier et distribuer régulièrement le courrier aux personnes concernées Préparer les cartes d’accès au bureau et les distribue aux nouveaux employés et fait le suivi des cartes d’accès volées ou des employés à départ Préparer les réquisitions ou bons d’achats, vérifier le matériel reçu, faire la distribution et le rangement ainsi que garder en rappel les réquisitions en suspens Tenir à jour l’inventaire de papeterie et communiquer avec les ressources matérielles pour placer des commandes Vos talents et vos qualifications : Diplôme d'études secondaires (DES) Bonne connaissance des logiciels Word et Excel ainsi que la maîtrise des outils internet. Maître avancée de la langue anglaise, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, en raison de la nature des tâches, des outils de travail ou d’interactions avec des collègues, partenaires, clients ou fournisseurs anglophones, ou afin de répondre aux objectifs de croissance de l’entreprise (bilinguisme).
