The successful candidate will be a strong communicator who is action oriented and will collaborate with colleagues in all areas of our business including software development, professional services, customer support, sales, and finance to help ensure our Clients’ needs are being fulfilled. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Schedule all Club training, including onsite and e-training Facilitate the coordination of professional services quotes and sign-backs with Club Clients and Jonas Staff Oversee and prioritize outstanding training calls on the Club Support Board and follow up to ensure the Clients’ requests are responded to in a timely manner Consult with Club Clients to understand their current work process in order to evaluate their training needs and make recommendations to them Build and maintain positive long-term Client relationships by exemplifying integrity and a focus on customer satisfaction.
