Job Summary The objective of the Product Data Specialist is to create and govern product data resources within various organization workflows including PIM (STEP), ERP (SAP/InfoFlo), MS365 apps (Dynamics) and Spectrum labelling software, and ensure that product data processes are maintained within existing and evolving business needs. Principal Responsibilities Collaborate with Product Management, Commercial Excellence, IT, Sales, Customer Service teams to implement effective product data systems and processes. Govern product data in PIM (Product Information Management) to ensure accuracy. Act as gatekeeper for PIM change requests. Recommend and execute data cleansing activities. Create new product files within the appropriate software systems and monitor the progress of assets to launch. Provide product data to internal and external stakeholders to support business needs Design and implement product labels within the label software system, working with OEM customers to ensure their needs are met. Work with IT to maintain backend functionality of the label software system, including printer settings, troubleshooting, etc. Develop and lead product obsolescence workflow. Monitor progress and ensure completion of tasks. Provide product lifecycle analysis activities as directed by product management Qualifications & Experience Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Mathematics/Statistics, Computer science or 5 years of equivalent experience in a related field. Previous experience with data governance initiatives and an understanding of product data software applications. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel Skills are required. Previous experience conducting research is preferred. English/French Bilingual is preferred.
