At EXFO, we’re pushing the boundaries of digital platforms to deliver a seamless and intelligent customer experience. As our new Digital Platforms Operations Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in making that happen. You’ll be the go-to expert for the performance, reliability, and evolution of key digital tools — from product data systems to customer-facing interfaces.

Main responsibilities include:
Own day-to-day operations for a suite of digital platforms — ensuring stability, usability, and alignment with business goals.
Manage and maintain digital product catalogs, ensuring clean, structured, and enriched data across platforms.
Be the bridge between Marketing, IT, external partners, and business stakeholders — aligning priorities and enabling execution.
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, manage backlogs, and translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
Execute content updates and data imports, solve operational issues, and ensure system performance is always on point.
Document and share processes, create training materials, and support internal adoption of tools.
Elevate our customer experience through platform enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
Managed Digital Platforms Include:
Product Information Management (PIM) system
Online product catalogs (including Shopify platforms)
AI-powered chatbot integrated with the website
EXFO.com enhancements and digital tool integrations
Qualifications:
Strong understanding of web technologies, digital platforms, and content management systems.
Familiarity with PIM systems, e-commerce platforms, and AI-powered solutions.
Proficient in managing and analyzing data using Excel and CSV files.
Familiarity with basic HTML is a plus.
Excellent project management and coordination skills.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Collaborative team player
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
