We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst to join the OMS team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and software development by defining technical requirements and creating quality documentation. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders, including business teams, and software developers, to gather and define requirements for software development projects. Analyze business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for system improvements and align technical requirements with business goals. Develop clear, concise, and comprehensive technical documentation, including: Functional specifications User stories Process flows Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications for software developers. Participate in project meetings to provide clarity on requirements and track progress. Conduct reviews of technical documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to standards. Support Quality Assurance (QA) teams by ensuring requirements are testable and assisting in test case development. Qualifications: Proven experience in writing technical requirements for software development projects. Strong writing skills with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely. Strong understanding of accounting principles and processes is an advantage. Basic knowledge of programming concepts and strong familiarity with SQL and database structures. Communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. Key Competencies: Attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality documentation. Proactive approach to problem-solving and a continuous improvement mindset. Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred.
