Overview
The Shopper Insights team is dedicated to developing a deep understanding of shopper behavior to uncover growth opportunities for both our internal teams and retail partners. The Shopper Insights & Capabilities Manager – Small Format (SF) & Away-From-Home (AFH) will report to the Senior Manager, Shopper Insights, and support the Food and Beverages business. This role is both internal and external facing, playing a key role in driving customer engagement through insights and thought leadership. This role will maintain ongoing engagement with SF and AFH customers throughout the year and support broader insights initiatives across other channels as needed. This is a unique opportunity to influence customer strategy and help build a best-in-class insights culture across the organization.

Responsibilities
Retailer Engagement – Use insights and thought leadership to enhance strategic partnerships with key retail customers (SF & AFH). Engage directly with Small Format and Away-From-Home customers through regular touchpoints across the year.
Build & Scale Insights Capabilities – Use shopper panel data, third-party research, and custom studies to better understand shopper behavior and apply insights to unlock opportunities in Small Format and Away-From-Home channels.
Project Management & Team Coaching – Lead key insights projects and guide global capability center (GCC) team members to bring insights and tools to life for commercial teams.
Collaborate Across Teams – Partner with cross functional partners & GCC resources to commercialize shopper insights and tools across the organization.
Support Broader Initiatives – Work with the Sr Manager, Shopper Insights & Analytics to identify and support insights opportunities beyond the Small Format and Away-From-Home channels, when relevant.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree – 5-7 Years of Experience
Structured thinker / problem solver who works independently
Analytical and conceptual thinking skills
Skilled in communication & presentation, prioritization, collaboration and ownership
High proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Previous Experience with Retailer Loyalty Data & Nielsen (MarketTrack + Homescan)
Previous experience in consumer or shopper research an asset
Past CPG Experience an asset
Past Small Format and/or Away from Home Experience an Asset
