We’re looking for a dynamic marketer to join the Segment Growth Marketing team, under Mobility Solutions Growth Marketing! The Segment Growth Marketing team works hand-in-hand with organizations across Canada to provide their employees and customers with exclusive deals on mobility and home services. This team is dynamic, driven, fast-paced, and highly engaged. Together, we are responsible for driving profitable growth through strategic segments of TELUS Consumer Solutions. Our team has direct responsibility and supporting leadership for all ‘4 Ps’ of the marketing mix to drive our business objectives.
Here’s what we will accomplish together:
The Senior Product Manager will lead the development of our partnership strategy by supporting tailored marketing tactics to drive growth within market segments and partnerships. You will be identifying innovative ways to attract and convert new TELUS customers, through thoughtfully crafted customer journeys. You will drive campaign excellence, optimizing customer engagement and conversion. You will go deep into analytics and contribute meaningfully to our long term growth strategy of the team.
What you’ll do as Senior Product Manager, Partnerships
Manage consumer mobility partnership strategy and portfolio of partners
Develop end to end customer engagement and prospecting journeys, ensuring seamless customer experiences engagement
Create thoughtful campaigns for various customer segments, driving engagement and conversion
Carry out data analysis and KPI tracking, monitoring the success of programs and pivoting based on data insights
Track performance for TELUS & Koodo partnerships including partnership value and campaign performance to help optimize strategies
Support campaign and go-to-market activities to execute 1:1 marketing campaigns through internal channels and external partners
Develop strong cross functional relationships with key internal partners including sales, pricing operations and product
Create sales enablement material to drive partner engagement in key segments

What you bring
You have experience working with sales and developing sales enablement materials
You are comfortable with spreadsheets and gaining insights from data
You have excellent project management skills, taking something from an idea to launch
You have a bias for action to get deliverables completed
You thrive in change and ambiguity, handling shifting demands with ease
You are naturally curious and have a drive to deeply understand our business and seek out new areas of opportunity
You’re transparent, reliable and have a positive attitude
You’re a persuasive communicator who is clear, concise and articulate in all aspects of communication.
You’re a self-starter who thrives in a fast paced, changing environment, has a strong sense of ownership, and is excited to contribute to a fun and collaborative work environment
Skill and experiences
Develop persona based customer journeys and marketing strategies
B2B experience, including external partner relationship management, preferred
University or college degree in Marketing or Business
