Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other creative channels
Review resumes and conduct initial phone or video screenings
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Participate in or lead interviews as needed
Maintain communication with candidates throughout the process to ensure a positive experience
Provide support during offer negotiations and hiring decisions
Track candidate progress using our applicant tracking system (Bamboo HR) or internal tools
Provide regular updates to hiring managers and HR leadership
Qualifications
Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR support of 1+years
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable working independently and remotely
Familiarity with ATS tools and online sourcing platforms (e.g. Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
Hours & Compensation
5–10 hours per week, with flexible scheduling
Compensation based on experience
