One of our companies is currently looking for an R&D Program Manager in USA & Canada.
We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced R&D Program Manager to lead high-impact initiatives across cross-functional teams. In this role, you’ll oversee the full lifecycle of strategic programs from ideation to post-launch, driving alignment across engineering, product, and business teams. You’ll act as the central point of communication, mitigate risks, and ensure execution excellence. Your ability to manage complexity in a fast-paced environment and improve operational workflows will directly contribute to the company’s product evolution and innovation. This is a remote opportunity with significant exposure to executive leadership and strategic decision-making.
Accountabilities:
- Lead and manage large-scale programs from conception to delivery across R&D and business functions
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple time zones, fostering collaboration and accountability
- Serve as the primary point of contact for program-related communications and stakeholder updates
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring strategic alignment and high-quality delivery
- Improve product and technical operations for greater team efficiency and performance
- Leverage tools like Jira and Confluence to streamline workflows and ensure program visibility
- Escalate and resolve blockers that impact timelines or execution of strategic initiatives
Requirements
- 4+ years of program or project management experience within engineering or product teams
- Strong grasp of the product development lifecycle and agile methodologies
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills, especially across distributed teams
- Demonstrated ability to drive clarity and results in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment
- Proactive mindset with creative problem-solving skills and a passion for operational excellence
- Familiarity with modern project management tools and collaborative technologies
- Experience aligning stakeholders and influencing without direct authority
