About The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and highly flexible Associate Scientist (currently in graduate school) with experience in bioanalytical flow cytometry to join our dynamic Flow Cytometry and ELISpot team. The successful candidate will contribute to the analysis of non-clinical and clinical samples with bioanalytical methods for a variety of therapeutic modalities including small molecules, biologics, biomarkers, and oligonucleotides, using Flow Cytometry and ELISpot. Gain valuable industry experience while pursuing your graduate studies. This position offers variable hours for evening and weekend as per the team requirements. Training scheduled to begin mid August. What You'll Do Here Perform sample preparation, analysis, and data interpretation while meeting project timelines and quality expectations. Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot Flow cytometry and ELISpot instrumentation. Write, review, and update method standard operating procedures (SOPs) as needed. Collaborate with validation and operational teams to support successful method transfer and implementation. Stay current with advancements in Flow Cytometry and ELISpot technologies and best practices to support continuous improvement. Adhere to Health and Safety protocols, including personal protective practices and laboratory upkeep. What You'll Need to Succeed Completed bachelor’s degree in Immunology, Biopharmaceutical Sciences, Biochemistry, or a related field and currently pursuing graduate studies. Experience in sample preparation techniques and acquisition in Flow Cytometry and/or ELISpot. Proven ability to troubleshoot Flow Cytometry and ELISpot methods for bioanalytical applications. Strong communication skills with the ability to understand complex scientific ideas. Understanding of a GLP- and/or GCP-compliant bioanalytical laboratory work environment is preferred.
