Responsabilités principales: Responsable des comptes payables : créer les réquisitions, recevoir les Pos, résoudre les erreurs de facturation. Interagit avec le département des achats afin de réconcilier des comptes en souffrance ou erronés avec les fournisseurs dans un temps opportun. S’occupe des retours pour échanges, réparations et erreurs de commandes et coordonne les factures. Gérer l’inventaire de carburant sur le site Gérer une partie du programme BSP pour le site (incluant décompte des APTs pour les chauffeurs et inspection du garage) Gérer le comité de santé & sécurité du site et assister diverses fonctions reliées à l’usine Recevoir les appels, les courriels et les visiteurs Assister l’équipe de gestion lors de formation. Faire les copies, préparer le matériel nécessaire, organiser la salle de conférence, etc. Effectuer le suivit par la suite afin d’enregistrer et classifier l’information. Recevoir, distribuer le courrier et la réception des pièces/fournitures ainsi que gérer les envois par courrier prioritaires Responsable de l’opération des équipements du bureau tel que: photocopieurs, télécopieurs, projecteurs, etc. Effectuer et gérer les commandes de fournitures de bureau Maintenir les filières reliées à la santé & sécurité et participer à l’audition s’il y a lieu Maintenir les filières concernant les achats, les manuels de l’usine, les « check-sheets », les logs, les procédures d’opération et autres procédés relié à la sécurité de l’usine Point de contact avec le département de l’informatique concernant le support du personnel et la coordination des téléphones, ordinateurs et autres activités reliées. Assister avec l’inventaire des pièces Assister les chauffeurs avec la formation sur LSO Exigences de l’emploi: Diplôme Collégial ou équivalent 2-3 ans et plus d’expérience dans le domaine de l’administration et la distribution Capacité d’interagir efficacement avec les départements qui nous supportent et à tous les niveaux Excellent service à la clientèle Connaissance de l’informatique, MS Office, Word, Excel, SAP seront des atouts importants. In this key position, you will be supporting the St-Augustin leadership team with all related daily administrative duties as well as supporting the site’s distribution operations. This role will require the successful candidate to be proficient in all facets of the site’s responsibilities regarding administrative duties, distribution and customer service. Participate in quality audits and environmental, health and safety audits as needed. Work in SAP to create requisitions, receive goods and services. Work with purchasing to resolve purchase order quality and payment problems with suppliers and contractors in a timely manner. Arrange for material to go back to suppliers for exchange, repair, over shipments, etc. Includes coordinating customs paperwork. Resolve invoice discrepancies. Assist with spare parts (consumables) activities including spare parts inventory management for both operational sites Assist drivers with driver training in LSO Role Requirements: Post-secondary business administration education or related experience 2 to 3 years of experience required in a manufacturing or distribution environment, as well as administrative work Must have strong interpersonal skills and be capable of interacting with a diverse team of people with various backgrounds and interests. Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office products. SAP experience is a plus Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities. Superior time management skills, multitasking skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision. High level of sound and independent judgment, reasoning, and discretion.
