Job Title eCommerce Testing & Optimization Manager Job Description eCommerce Testing & Optimization Manager As our eCommerce Testing & Optimization Manager, you will be part of a dynamic Digital and eCommerce team and own maintaining and optimizing the front-end user experience for our healthcare eCommerce domain. In this role you will constantly look for opportunities to improve the user experience and increase the conversion of our websites and eStore properties. You will partner with businesses and regions to align on the most impactful strategy and plan and work across teams to execute. Your role: Execute playbooks for test hypotheses and clearly validate opportunities/recommend actions that can have positive improvements in our site experience and conversion and drive increased Order Intake and Revenue. Identify KPIs (i.e. conversion, engagement, retention) needed to assess the eCommerce site user experience, and own ongoing maintenance and execution of eCommerce site experience towards these KPIs, as well as act as the liaison with the analytics team and be able to create and report out on user journey data with Google Analytics to a broad audience. Deliver testing insights and help create a culture of data-driven decision making – be a strategic partner with the businesses and regions and enhance their knowledge and capabilities in this domain. At completion of tests, build timely, compelling, fact-based test recaps that strongly communicate the business ‘story’ behind the data and test outcomes. Work closely with larger web team to prioritize these improvements for future development. Be the voice of the eCommerce customer within the larger website team. Manage execution of ongoing content updates and optimization, for example, landing pages, merchandising content, navigation structure maintenance, and ongoing site improvements. Collaborate with teams responsible for (paid) campaign activation, website, and eCommerce strategy in order to optimize each conversion path within the complete digital ecosystem. You're the right fit if: You’ve acquired a minimum of 5 years of experience in the digital marketing space, inclusive of eCommerce testing & optimization strategy and execution. You have a strong understanding of core digital marketing technology platforms, including website content management systems, and website testing tools. Your skills include digital marketing strategy, web strategy and execution, web testing & optimization, landing page optimization, and an ability to manage a varied set of stakeholders. Philips Transparency Details The pay range for this position in Massachusetts is $106,680.00 to $170,688.00. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
