Bilingual Administrative Assistant (medical) — Remote
Remote administrative opportunity in the insurance industry focused on reviewing communications for privacy compliance. Ideal for bilingual (English/French) candidates with strong Microsoft Office skills and keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
• Review and assess external communications for compliance with privacy protocols and client-specific guidelines.
• Communicate clearly with case managers and leadership when guidelines are not met.
• Analyze communications and document trends for continuous improvement.
• Manage a shared email inbox while meeting turnaround times and maintaining high quality.
• Assist with email communications and internal tool referrals.
• Process invoices and complete other administrative support functions related to case management.
What you will need to succeed:
• Post-secondary education (college or university).
• 0–2 years of experience in an administrative or office environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, OneNote, OneDrive, PowerPoint) and Adobe.
• Ability to investigate, apply critical judgment, problem solve, and resolve discrepancies.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
• Strong written and oral communication abilities.
• Fast learner who is analytical, proactive, and takes initiative.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Flexible and adaptable, capable of handling high workloads and competing deadlines.
• Skilled in building relationships with internal partners using tact and diplomacy.
• Knowledge of disability management and/or group benefits is considered an asset.
• Experience in a health-related field or administrative office setting is an asset.
• Bilingual in English and French is required to review and provide feedback on client-facing communications that serve both English- and French-speaking plan members across Canada.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
